The Department of Elections has been informed by the Delaware Art Museum that, due to concerns related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the facility will not serve as a polling place for the November 3rd General Election. The Division of Public Health has released guidance for Delawareans to safely participate in fall festivities, including Halloween activities, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
